Not everyone has a bright future in sales. Take this agile, yet vertically challenged, man. He just can't seem to get it together, and constantly runs from the law.

Enter, Officer Rosenthal- an admirable law enforcer with a warm heart. The litte man puts up quite the chase, but his itty bitty legs are no match for Officer Rosenthal's fervent will power.
